By visiting, using services as well as making a purchase (of "Product(s)", "Item(s)" or "Good(s)") on our website www.essienemre.com, the assumption that the Terms and Conditions have been read, understood and accepted by you, and that you are at least age of majority.

Essien and Emre Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any such change will be effective once published on the website, however we have no obligation to update any information or content on this Site. It is your responsibility to regularly access this section to check the most recent and up-to-date Terms and Conditions when you visit our Site. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms and Conditions please leave our website immediately.

Contents on www.essienemre.com, including but not limited to, logos, artworks, designs, photographs, images, texts, and any other materials published on www.essienemre.com, are protected by copyrights and trademarks. You may not reproduce www.essienemre.com and its contents and products in any way or means.

PURCHASE

By making a purchase, you (the "Customer") have confirmed the product(s) purchased from www.essienemre.com are for personal use.

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to the address provided. A dispatch email with tracking number will then follow to confirm we have dispatched the item(s) you have ordered. If item(s) is out of stock, we will notify you via email.

Payment are processed via secure payment system, your payment details are store in a secure encrypted data base, which we do not have access to.

Essien and Emre Ltd reserve the right to reject an order for any reason at any time. And due to the limited quantities of items in our collection(s), we may also restrict quantities per customer.

DELIVERY

We inspect all of our products thoroughly before packaging for shipment, and ensure our product(s) efficiently and securely gets delivered as soon as possible due to the limited quantities of each items in our collection(s).

We offer free delivery in UK - standard shipping  3-7 business days depending on destination, from dispatch date (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

For delivery outside UK, there will be a standard delivery charge of £20.00 (including taxes and duties) added at checkout - standard shipping  3-7 business days depending on destination, from dispatch date (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

We will send you the tracking number once item(s) have been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE:-

- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct information for shipping.

-In the event that the courier  was unsuccessful in the delivery of your parcel (to the shipping address you have provided), it is your (the customer) responsibility to contact the courier to make the necessary arrangements.

- Should the shipment be returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery and/or incorrect shipping information, we will automatically issue a refund deducting the shipping fee and any additional shipping/delivery charges from refund amount.

-The courier DO NOT deliver to P.O.BOX addresses.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are happy with your purchase(s), however if you wish to return your purchase(s), we would really appreciate if you could do so as soon as possible due to the limited quantities we have for each items in our collection(s).

Please email us at info@essienemre.com for return instructions, stating your full name and order number.

RETURN EXTENSION - ITEMS BOUGHT DURING DECEMBER AND UP TO 20TH DECEMBER 2023 HAVE UNTIL 12TH JANUARY 2024 TO RETURN.

SECTION A
You have within 14 days of receipt of your order, to return all items. We ask that you'll look after the item(s) while it's in your care. All Items: must be returned new, unused, unwashed, in perfect condition and in the original packaging and  with all Essien and Emre's swing tags and labels attached, and they must not be altered with respect to their original condition in any way. Please take extra care when trying on the item(s) by removing jewellery and avoid transferring cosmetics, fragrances and deodorants onto the item(s).

Socks - Each pair of socks are attached together with Essien & Emre's woven label, (which still enable try-on for fit and comfort), we can not accept any returns for exchange or refund if the woven label have been removed. PLEASE DO NOT return the socks to us as we will not be able to issue refund or exchange and can not send the socks back to you/customer.

All returned goods from outside the UK must be marked with RETURN BRITISH GOODS REJECTED BY CUSTOMER so that no taxes/duties are levied. 

The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility, and we would advise you to use tracking services with reliable courier and obtain proof of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to track and ensure return goods arrived back to us safely, we cannot be held responsible for the lost and damaged of any goods in transit.

PLEASE NOTE: THE GOODS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL IT ARRIVES SAFELY BACK TO US.  ESSIEN AND EMRE LTD CANNOT PROCESS ANY REFUND IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RETURN GOODS.

Once your return have been received we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the item(s) comply with SECTION A, we will process your request within 14 days of receiving your return item(s). You will be sent a notification email confirming this.

Refund will be made to original payment method. And any unnecessary taxes and duties costs Essien and Emre Ltd incurred when receiving returned goods will be deducted from refund amount.

You will be contacted via email if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions referred to in SECTION A, and the item(s) show signs of deliberate cause of defect, they have been used or altered with respect to their original condition in any way, in this case Essien and Emre Ltd reserves the right not to accept the return or, alternatively, to reduce the amount of the refund. You can choose to have the goods returned to you at your own expense.

We do not offer exchange, should you require another colour/size/style then proceed with return process and make a new purchase - return policy applies.

Customised and Made-To-Order items are non-refundable.

PRICE

Essien and Emre Ltd reserve the right to change prices of our products and alter delivery costs and options at any time, and any such change will be effective once published on the website.

DESCLAIMER

We will take reasonable care to keep our website secure and protected, but in the absence of our sole negligence we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss you may suffer caused by unauthorised access to your data, viruses, or any other computer and network defects.

We are not responsible for website(s) you might enter via links on our Site.

We are not responsible if information made available on our Site or via links on our Site, are not accurate, complete or current, any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Images and colour clarity of our products may not correspond exactly to the true product due to the internet browser or monitor used, therefore we cannot guarantee that the actual product is to your complete expectation.

We aim to get your order(s) delivered in 3 - 7working days depending on destination, however delays may occur , which will prevent courier from achieving this.

GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION

Your use of our Site and any purchase by you from www.essienemre.com shall be governed by the law of England.
